Palantir (Next Gen) Dashboard

Dual-dashboard system built in collaboration with Palantir UK for Gargash Enterprises, consolidating real-time fleet leasing and real estate operations into unified command centers. Tracking 3,500+ vehicles and 250+ properties with live monitoring, automated reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination across three international teams.

Business Problem
Gargash Enterprises was managing fleet leasing (passenger cars and heavy vehicles) and real estate portfolios through legacy systems like SecurePath, which required manual updates and lacked real-time visibility. Leadership needed immediate insight into 3,500+ vehicle locations and statuses (idle/moving/stopped) and 250+ property assets to optimize operations and reduce costs.
Analysis Approach & My Role
As the Business Analyst bridging stakeholders and technical teams, I managed:
  • Requirements Gathering: Met with Gargash C-suite to understand operational needs
  • Design & Prototyping: Created dashboard designs in Figma
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Led daily stand-ups with Palantir (UK) and design team (India)
  • Data Integration: Consolidated data from Speed, SecurePath, and Navixy platforms
  • Data Validation: Ensured numerical accuracy across migration
  • Quality Assurance: Tested across multiple devices including Mercedes-Benz Brand Center
